AML runs a year-round internship programme welcoming university students and fresh graduates to work at our London-based office for a period of two to three months. We welcome initiative and fresh perspectives and believe that our interns can have a meaningful impact on the way we work. The AML programme allows our interns to enrich their career prospects while deepening their understanding and knowledge of Africa, as well as gaining experience in the consultancy sector.
Some internships may focus on specific regions of the continent. Interns at AML have their travel covered, receive a daily lunch stipend, and are reimbursed at a rate of £10/hour for any commercial work in which they are involved.
